iOS Whitelisting Limitations for RCS Test Agents on AT&T and T-Mobile
Monitoring·Degraded performance

As part of ongoing carrier upgrades to support RCS, there are currently temporary restrictions on whitelisting iOS phone numbers for RCS test agents on AT&T and T-Mobile. These carriers have not yet enabled support for iOS-based whitelisting, but we anticipate this capability will be available soon.

In the meantime, Android devices across all major networks continue to be fully supported and can be whitelisted without issue. If you need access to an Android test device or eSIM for RCS testing in the meantime, please reach out to us at founders@trypinnacle.app.

Thank you for your patience as we work with carriers to expand platform support.
